Move Your Body
Moving your hips, ankles, knees and your whole body throughout the day,helps you loosen up tight muscles, ligaments and tendons. It also helps your body to become stronger, build immunity and improve endurance.
To loosen up the lower muscles, squat until your glutes nearly touch your heels;grabbing the edge of your table for proper balance and good biomechanics is a good idea. Then hold that very position and count fast from 1-30 like a ticking clock and then release the position. Repeat three to four times in a day. This is very good exercise for your lower body which can be done even indoors without hitting the gym. Your body will sure thank you for this.
