Get Active
It is very beneficial to keep yourself active as much as possible. Every physical activity you engage in adds up to benefit you. You can take the stairs instead of the elevator every time you have the opportunity. This is a good exercise and also loads your lower limbs and improves muscle strength. A 10-minute walk at lunch time is awesome as well and keeps you exercised even on the job. You can as well add other forms of physical activity that you enjoy for example dancing and have fun doing them. Keep moving, get active, your body will thank you later.
