It’s also filled with so many nutrients. Kale has lots of Iron which is  very  essential for good health, such as the formation of hemoglobin and enzymes. Kale supports proper liver function as well as helps with oxygen transport. Kale has lots of  Vitamin K which can help protect against various cancers. It is also necessary for normal bone health and the prevention of blood clotting. Kale is loaded with powerful antioxidants such as carotenoids and flavonoids  which help protect against various forms of cancers. Kale is important for cardiovascular functioning. Eating lots of kale can also help lower  your cholesterol levels.
